About · The practice
A brand intelligence studio for senior professionals, founded in Dubai in 2026. Built on one conviction: that the people building the most valuable work are the ones least likely to have priced it.
Riddhi Roy · Founder · Dubai
Riddhi spent fifteen years inside brand consulting — Mumbai, London, Dubai — building positioning work for global businesses, then doing the same thing privately for a small list of senior independents who asked. The pattern was unmistakable: the operators with the most to trade had the least language for it.
Brandverse exists to give that language a structure. The C.A.F.E. method is the result — four stages, eighteen named assets, one score out of 1000. It's deliberately less about marketing and more about inventory: what you've built, what it's worth, and what would make it tradeable.
The practice runs out of Dubai for a reason. The city sits at the centre of a generation of operators rebuilding professional identities across geographies. The work is the same in Riyadh, Mumbai, London, and Lagos — naming the asset comes first.

The practice, in three lines
Principle
Small on purpose
Six DRIVE engagements per quarter, capped. The compression and the attention are the product.
Principle
Method-led
Every engagement runs on C.A.F.E. The method is the operating system; the work is the application.
Principle
Honest about fit
We say yes to a small minority. We tell everyone else what would serve them better. It's the only way the practice works.
Two ways in
The quiz is free and takes ninety seconds. The diagnosis is a paid engagement, by application, and changes the shape of a practice.
